ONTO Health Acquires LEVY Health to Scale Fertility Care Infrastructure Across the U.S. and GCC

ONTO Health, a physician-led fertility and longevity provider, has acquired LEVY Health, a clinical decision support platform that streamlines patient workups and optimizes clinical workflows in reproductive medicine. The acquisition follows ONTO Health’s $20 million Series A earlier this year and marks a significant step in building the tech-enabled infrastructure the company needs to scale.
LEVY Health’s platform empowers providers to identify endocrine disorders and helps clinics streamline fertility workups through precision diagnostics and patient intake tools. Rather than replacing existing practices, the model is designed to let clinics integrate low-complexity fertility care into their current workflows – creating what ONTO describes as a distributed, collaborative care ecosystem. The integration supports ONTO Health’s expansion across the United States and into the Gulf Cooperation Council region, where the company sees rising demand for personalized fertility care.
Founded by Dr. Roohi Jeelani, a double board-certified reproductive endocrinology and infertility specialist, ONTO views fertility as a marker of overall health and combines reproductive care with proactive management of long-term wellbeing. The company is advancing AI capabilities to support clinical decision-making through automation, diagnostics, and individualized treatment planning.
“This acquisition will aid in scaling our mission,” said Dr. Jeelani. “With LEVY Health’s clinically grounded and superior diagnostics capabilities, we are providing practices with the tools they need to integrate low-complexity fertility care into their existing models.”
LEVY Health co-founder and CEO Caroline Mitterdorfer added: “We built LEVY Health to empower providers with tools that make fertility care more efficient, precise and accessible. Joining ONTO brings this approach to a broader network of clinics and patients, allowing physicians to focus on what matters most: delivering world-class clinical care.”
The acquisition reflects a broader consolidation pattern in fertility tech, where clinical platforms are increasingly absorbing software and diagnostics capabilities to build end-to-end care infrastructure.
